NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
The Public Accuracy Test for the
May 2, 2017, Special Election
has been scheduled for March 28, 2017
at 10:00 a.m. in the Township Hall at
12050 Old Belding Rd., Belding, MI
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to
demonstrate the computer program
used to record and count the votes cast at
the election meet the requirements of law.

May 2nd, 2017
Special Election  

Saturday, April 29, 2017
From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

If on Friday you need an Absentee Application , call
Kessie Brummel, Clerk at 616-540-4146.
Please place signed Absentee Ballots in the night drop.

status, upcoming elections, clerk information and how to use the voting
equipment chosen by their country.


ABSENTEE BALLOTS

· Absentee Ballots are available to registered voters if:
· You are 60 years of age or older
· You expect to be absent from the community the entire time the polls are open on election day
· You are physically unable to attend the polls without assistance
· You cannot attend the polls because of religious beliefs
· You have been appointed a precinct inspector in a precinct other than where you reside
· You are confined to jail awaiting arraignment or trial
