TOWNSHIP NOTICE
March 14, 2019 Spring Time Update

As the frost continues to work out of the ground, time is the best healer. Often it is better that we keep our heavy vehicles off the gravels as the added heavy traffic will do more damage than good. Attempting to add large amounts of gravel or extensive grading only creates more mud. Our staff will continually monitor roadways and schedule grading as conditions allow. Vehicles will need to travel at reduced speeds during the spring season.
Staff is currently reviewing all me paved roads in our system in order to allow the Kent County Road Commission to formulate our surface repair priorities.
As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to call.
